The BQE should be torn down and rebuilt as a freight only tunnel, with one lane in either direction and a centre turning lane for emergency access/turning. Could easily handle the freight traffic in a more efficient manner while saving on tunneling costs by building a narrower roadway.

I mean the most recent years there is alot of skyscrapers coming like the Crown and Salesforce tower. And more to come there's one being built in town hall where Event Cinemas is that is meant to be the tallest in Sydney.

This is just an advert, nothing here is particularly clever. The big issue is offices aren’t built to the same standards as residential buildings and therefore can’t be repurposed very easily.

These buildings are in the CBD, they really need to have people comfortable with living vertically which is also a problem in Australia. We prefer our houses!
