i knew the owner of a tire store in my hometown ( he is deceased now ) he said it is okay if you have inward/concave dents on the sidewall , but not a outward bulging bubble like the one in this video . i have in fact driven on many tires that had inward dents , even at high speed and hard cornering without issue . they are caused by hitting a curb or something and it damages the steel cords in the sidewall ( or tread ) . they are made of high tensile steel but they can still get damaged obviously

I put one of these together 2 days ago. 1. You pointed out that the wood board is loose. This is because the U-shaped slide it is screwed too is loose. You can remove the 4 wood screws and tighten the nut that holds the U- shaped slide to the long control screw. Don't tighten it too much or it won't be able to slide when you turn the plastic handle. But you can make it tighter that it is in the video. 2. You also noted the loose floppy character of one of the black plastic crank handles. There is a set screw on the handle that tightens the handle to the large control screw. You can use an Alan wrench (Alan Key) to tighten it. The screw is painted black, so it may be easier to find by touch than sight. Now, I have a question. Early in the video, while assembling the legs, it looked like you tested the folding function and had trouble completely folding the legs. Then you did something to fix it. I cannot tell what you did. I am having the same problem. Can you tell me how you got the legs to fold all the way? Thanks.
