Now that I know that it is a small home for elderly parents, I am very surprised that you did not put in an elevator. Not just an electronic elevator, but one that could iikewise if necessary, raise and lower by pulleys in case power ever went or you had a problem with a generator.

I really love that they tackled so much here. I build houses like this in America, the blocks are Autoclaved Aerated Concrete, and are sorely underused here in America. That said, they made a lot of mistakes and had a slew of lost opportunity to make the house better for the same cost and this house would not pass code anywhere in America that I know of. I'd also hire any one of them to work on my crew,....with a bit of training of course....🙂 Edited to note that their finish work, especially the tile work, is far above par! Now get some insulation and siding on that building!

First Respect for the builders of the house. But the house has newer 640 squaremeters living room and is 18x22 meter (like in the german discription).... Just look the ground area at the beginning (at 0:23 in relation to the car in the background). This are maximum 6x6 meter. I don't know where the dimensions came from...... It is very small house for 2 people

Not built in the U S no permits posted would have cost probably twice this much here abs plumbing, electrical would have had to be done by licensed personnel, it is a neat house and very interesting

Es importante aclarar que los materiales de construcción adecuados para una vivienda siempre van en relación al medioambiente en todo el sentido de la palabra. Clima, seguridad, etc. Este tipo de materiales en zonas de tornados o huracanes sería imposible usarlos. Sin embargo, en valles o zonas con temperatura y vientos estables es una alternativa.
