Your films are like treasures from times gone by. Great family viewing both poetic and educational. In contrast to most modern nature documentaries that are fast paced, garish, and contrived. One small error in the title, the predominant conifers in the forests are pine, larch, fir, and spruce. I could be wrong but I didn't see any cedars.

This is an unthinkable beautiful and inspiring journey.

Beautiful places. And everything so full of living spirit. Thank you. This makes me appreciate both sides of the camera forwithout this invention I wouldn't ever see this place. I grew up high in the Andes mountains and I'm eternally grateful to have explored every inch of every road around there. "Road" being a loose term for nearly impassable tracks and river crossings that remind us we are fragile. And to breathe is precious.

Absolutely seeing this part of the world as it was for hundreds of years; unchanged and minimal damages by human activities. Every Russians should appreciate and cherish this wonderful landscape and nature.

This was a very interesting and well made film. I always think the sounds of the environment are going to be better than any musical overlay. There was some strange music in this and I'm not sure what sort of moods it was supposed to invoke.

I've seen a lot of Adventure type videos , this one definitely one of the best. I have lived out on a farm, many miles from bigger cities for 31 years. 30 years of cutting my own wood, hunting, Fishing survival by a little bit tougher means then most. Wouldn't trade it for anything

Stunningly beautiful presentation. Christian Russia is the most wonderful country on earth. No exceptions. The wilderness is expansive where nature rules. All people’s should be able to see this presentation.

Very lovely scenery and emotion from the overall film. I thought I saw Salix genera growing along the banks near the end of the journey by boat. Just by distant and partial morphology and must wonder about ethnobotany there anyway. Equally or even more beautiful is that Lenna/Taiga area than is the UNSPOILED parts of Brtsh Clmb and Canadian N. America. 🙏✌️ Okay, the phytochemist in me is done for now. Baikal and all Siberia are areas seriously deserving of humanity's best PROTECTIONS from exploiting human commerce AND CONSERVATION MEASURES! Waste is a sin THIS DAY IN AGE/ EON/ EPOCH. "Leave no trace", alwayslooking out for 7 generations AHEAD (1st AmerIndians practice) and having minimal impact to surroundings should be taught in 🌏🌎🌍EVERY SCHOOL ON EARTH- bar none, but START IN BIG CITIES with student field trips. Maybe banking & finance majors will see the INTERDEPENDANCE

Eu sinto que a música não caiu bem no resultado final, só atrapalhou impedindo que a gente aproveitasse algo mais natural. Mas, fazer o que, nem Cristo, nem Deus agradou a todos.

The Taiga is like a northern African savannah teeming with its own flora and fauna. I become speechless in watching nature, the river waters, the trees and lands, fish and fauna. When I am ready to die, I should like to go there to lay me down to be recycled into whence man came.
