Why are we conscious when it is quite possible for us to be a zombie with no awareness? We do not know this, and consciousness remains a mystery that interests philosophy as well as science. It doesn't seem believable that ours is the only planet with living things in the vast universe. But no matter how hard we try, we have not been able to detect living beings, whether intelligent or not, in another corner of the universe. We still don't know if we are alone in this incomprehensibly large universe. Today, we still do not know why dark matter, which is thought to constitute 85% of the matter in the universe, is formed and its structure. Dark matter, which is responsible for the extra gravity that keeps galaxies and galaxy clusters together, continues to challenge physicists. We know that the universe has been expanding since the big bang. Expansion is an event predicted by Einstein's theory of General Relativity. This expansion should have slowed down or even stopped at some point due to the effect of the total gravity of matter and dark matter in the universe. But the universe continues to surprise us. Far from slowing down, expansion continues to accelerate. It is thought that what causes this accelerated expansion by counteracting this gravity is a type of energy that has a repulsive effect: dark energy. Although we use the concept of dark energy to explain the accelerating expansion of the universe, we still do not know what this mysterious energy is, what it originates from, and how it affects the universe.
