50 years ago, on July 20, 1969, for the first time, two people landed on another celestial body from Earth. In the following years, 6 more manned flights took place to our beloved satellite and a total of 12 people walked on the surface of the Moon. These people are all American and NASA astronauts. I told you three sentences and I gave the source of this information in the last sentence. What if this information is not correct?
Did the moon landing actually happen?
“We never went to the moon" We see that the first answer to this question was not given with this book. In my last week's video, I told you that when you search for conspiracy theories, you will usually come across one source. That's the book. It was published in 1976, seven years after. The claims in the book form the basis of the discourse developed later on this subject.
NASA did not have the technology to take people to the Moon in the 1960s.
Stars do not appear in photos taken on the moon's surface.
There are optical anomalies in the same photos.
Lunar modules landing on the moon would have to form a huge cloud of dust after landing.
It is impossible to take and operate TV equipment that can broadcast live to the moon.
Because the temperature on the moon surface was too low or too high, the cameras of astronauts had to be melted or frozen.
Many more have been added to these claims over the years. I would like to dwell on the most important claims, since it is not possible to talk about it all within a video period. Answer more rational questions like, nasıl How did they get through the Van Allen radiation belt?. Let's start with technology first.
In the 1960s, NASA had the technology to take people to the Moon. Not only the Americans but also the Russians had such technology. The Apollo spacecraft even used a digital computer. With 2 kb of RAM and 36 kb of ROM, it was a computer that couldn't match today's watches, but it was enough for such a task. If friends of my generation watched the demos for Commodore 64, they might remember what can be done even with small data. 2 minutes 21 seconds of this clip in animation and music, only one person wrote 256 bytes code. It was quite advanced and sufficient for the Apollo era. In addition, spacecraft was not entirely dependent on the computer in itself. Already during the first landing of this computer Apollo 11 has failed and the landing took place. As the Soviet Union was far behind in computer technology, they were able to replace only computers with space calculators in space projects in the Moon projects. With this method, Ay’a managed to download the Luna 2 on September 13, 1959, 10 years before the United States. Yes, the first man-made object reaching the Moon was sent by the Russians. In short, it was technologically possible to send and download a spacecraft to the Moon at that time. It was risky and difficult to send people there. In fact, it's easy to bring them back to Earth alive after sending them to the Moon. So you know what the real question is? Despite all these risks, why did we go to the Moon?
