I think if you interrupt and talk over another candidate and do not stop after being called down, you should get a mark, and if you get enough marks, you are disqualified and removed from the debate. I don't see how anything is accomplished when two or more people are jabbering at the same time trying to out-talk each other.

I wanted to hear the answer to the allegations against Ramaswamy. Message to Tim Scott, DeSantis and any other candidate who accepts PAC money, you have to answer to the PAC if you don't you risk losing funding for for your campaign. Maybe your policies align with the PAC but how am I to know.

Problem with presidential primary debates is moderators pick and choose to either prop up a candidate or seek confrontation between the leaders rather than giving equal time to all on the same questions. Debates absolutely need to have an automatic microphone cut off when time is up.

When they were all talking at the same time, I was laughing so hard...You can't make this stuff up. So funny. Also sort of like some weird performance art. Some composer should make a musical composition out of the cacophony. Can't wait to see the SNL sketch.
