Great ideas! For the Balsamic chicken veggies I think steaming the broccoli separately is better as all the nutrients in it are killed if overcooked, plus you lose the vibrant green colour.

Because of you and the clear and concise videos with great tips and simple recipes, I finally got my Cosori Air Fryer yesterday! I researched for years and could not figure out what is good and what I should be looking for, but after binch watching your videos for a week, I took the leap! I am so happy with my purchase and made three of your recipes since yesterday. All your tips and tricks made me look like a pro and I feel confident that my new air fryer will be used a lot. I have a busy lifestyle and making good food fast without heating up the kitchen is important to me. My family love my 'experiments' so far and I cannot thank you enough for all the high quality videos with compete recipes and time stamps in the description. I'm off to get your cook book as well, due to the fact that I didn't spend money on unnecessary accessories! Kathy, you rock!! Thanks so much - lots of love from Canada!

Enjoy. I just bought a Gourmia @ Costco on sale for $49.99 back in March. I use it every day. Sometimes something at each meal... meal additions. Does wonderfully well, cleans up well, no complaints.I don't know how much the other ones cost. But if you take care it, it will give you years of yummy meals. They don't have to be, for example $175 , an air fryer that claims to make everything in the world and then it loads the dishwasher for you and then unloads some when they are clean...Nope. But I'm sure you but you get something that's reasonably priced and the difference in money is a lot of protein. For the difference in money you can buy a lot of stuff to cook in an air fryer between $175 -$50. They don't talk about that part. Ha ha blessings ...enjoy yourself.

I enjoy your videos very much. I have learned so much. I had two air fryers so far in the last month. I had to return both. I finally purchased Cosori air fryer like yours. This is my third one. So it has to be good. Right? LoL.😊 I just received one day ago. I cooked today first time. I had fresh frozen chicken breast. I thought I'll put this fryer to the test! I cooked chicken 350 15 min. Used my thermometer like you use. I saw temperature to low. Not done yet. It took two more times. Setting 350 15 min. The chicken was amazing! Cooked, brown, juicy, delicious! Hope this fryer stays working for a long time. The other two I returned just didn't turn on after a weeks use. I even save $10 on Cosori. I purchased on Amazon they had a great buy. Thank you for showing all that the air fryer can do.😊

Hi Kathy: love yr humorous presentations & yr little girl is adorable! I'm new to yr channel so I have questions : Does your Cosori air fryer model only do air frying? Can it dehydrate ? Also what size is it? It's lovely in design but it seems to cook only small portions . Where would I buy parchment paper. Using bread-type stuffing I'd really like to make : peppers, mushrooms, cabbage & artichokes. Do they do well by air frying. Sorry to hit you w/so many questions but I'm not only new to yr channel, I'm also new to air frying. I've been wanting to get one for a long time but have been indecisive bc there are so many brands, sizes & model shapes to choose from, so I don't (lol). Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you !

I admit that I didn’t add oil, but I did shake them halfway through. I wonder if I can return it to the store saying that it didn’t cook properly! The chips were hard and dry. It did say that they could be oven cooked so I thought that they would be fine.

I bought a Cosori air fryer. after watching you. I love it! My friend is having my 2 week Cosori 3.5 because I’ve ordered a white 5.6? Size. I live on my own and legally blind. I love the air fryer. My new cooking buddy. I’m from the UK, we tend to go up to 250 degrees for cooking. Not sure if uk version goes higher then this. We do have processed cheese by Kraft or a supermarket brand. It took me ages to learn what Arugula was in USA. Here it is Rocket. Zucchini, is courgettes. Egg plant is Aubergine. Cilantro is Coriander. Your herbs are pounced differently too, as well as aluminium foil. I have no idea what grits are and you call your cake mixtures, cake batter. But I love the difference and I love watching you Cathy. Thanks for your channel. ❤️❤️❤️😁

You are a life saver! I got an air fryer for my birthday in December and had no idea how to use it. I tried sweet potato fries and got them WAAY overdone then decided it's time to go to TRshow and that's how I found you. Sent your channel link to my daughters and son. . You mentioned home made BBQ sauce. Where can I find your recipe for that? Thank you so much for sharing and teaching.

I love meatloaf.. I solved the "picky eater" problem early on: First one that complained - well I quit cooking and said you don't like my meals. so cook your own. Oh they were 3 & 7 yrs old. They got tired of crackers, cheese and such really fast. Never had another problem.. LOL WE didn't have MONEY to appease picky eaters.

Hi, can you recommend an air fryer suitable from meals for 1or 2 people?

@Fabulessly Frugal 👍 much appreciated.

Hello, yes! I would still get the Cosori 5.8 quart... perfect for two steaks, or an all-in-one dinner (like the hibachi style chicken that is the last recipe in this video). This buying guide points out a few things that are worth considering... a basket style air fryer is the best! trshow.info/watch/6WEDw_AmuKI/video.html

To anyone who hates washing the basket/rack as a barrier to entry for actually using their air fryer but also doesn't want to spend $25 on a quality silicone basket: you can try what I did for a few months--get a cake pan that fits in your AF. I had a cheap lil $1 store 8" cake round. I'd foil line it and use that. Much easier cleanup. Only cons are sides aren't very high & is it's obv not ridged like the actual basket or silicone pots but it didn't make too big of a diff for air flow in use. I leveled up to the Balsang silicone pot (quality item on Amazon comes in round/sq sizes) as I didn't want to keep wasting foil and it was the best decision.

Thx for the tip!

Being VERY CAREFUL, when handling raw meat, not to contaminate anything, I really appreciated watching you use your knuckle to punch in cooking time and temperature on your air fryer after handling the hamburger patties that you placed in the air fryer. Little but important things like this identify the safe and careful cook in my opinion. Apparent lack of care and not scraping out food from bowls or containers (wasting) leaves me cringing. Thanks for sparing me a cringe-worthy experience so that I could fully enjoy your recipe demonstrations...as I always do!👍💖

@Fabulessly Frugal I hear you. The older I get, the more aware I am of cleanliness and living with a pandemic has certainly reinforced the need for care if we weren't already aware. 😊

Thanks Cathy! And what is never shown, because it's boring, is how often I am washing my hands! I try and wear gloves a lot too. The raw meat stuff grosses me out to be honest! :)
