Pretty amazing play for teams that are so young! The Swedes have already upended some legit adult pro teams with their funky setting schemes. I hope that young Italian team makes it on the adult tour as well, first time I’ve seen them thus far, that defender has a real whip of an arm!

What a battle! Italians just stole my heart. They are so adaptive and versatile. It looked very similar to RUS-ITA Semi: first points are easily got by their opponents with their tricks and very powerful attacks. And you think - oh, no, Italy is not from this league. And then a miracle happens. Italians adopt. Adopt their attack, adopt block, read rivals as open book. And game changes dramatically. Just a bit better serving - and they'd won without any doubts.

I still have a lot to learn in beachvolleyball 😀 after the first set I thought there is no way that the italians are coming back and can compete with the swedes. then in the beginning of the 3rd i thought this game is over, the italians have won. shows me that everything can happen in sports and the game is not over till its over 😊

hey awesome match, just in case anyone was curious, i wasnt rooting for Italy specifically , just enjoying a great level of vb,, i thought they(Italy) were really underdog, but they fought a great game! Congrats both teams! , but Rambo is a fighter! 😉

main rule of beach volley sais: team with bad haircuts always lose thats why mol sorum are top one nothing extra

The Italians played with so much heart and grit🤟 Sweeds just had more experience on a FIVB 4 * level . Italian blocker had their number on many occasions but missed on so many serves in third set. Also Swedish blocker was never first to admit a touch from his block- not very sportsmanlike…..just an observation.
