I cook potatoes like this instead of pizza! Yummy vegetable recipe!
Ingredients
4 large potatoes
1 large carrot
spring onion
1 pepper
3 eggs
salt pepper
1 cup of milk
200 grams (1.5 cups) flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tsp baking powder
100 grams (3 oz) of pizza mozzarella
For the sauce
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Parsely
