Hi Keith Thanks for your explanation ! More often than not I get up early too. From time to time, I have an early morning ramble then I grab a fresh glass of water before my run routine... I agree with one of your students, If the routines are wisely managed, you will build productive habits nevertheless there are things that they happen out of the blue (it is part of the life ) It is a great training to reinforce our flexibility... I habitualy study English comes rain or shine because It gives sense of productivity and this activities beef up my vocabulary and fluency. Thanks sir un

Hello.The evening is not only the part of the day I like but also the busiest part for me. I’m up to my neck in finishing all deadlines before the new day starts. I concentrate on working well because no motivation is as good as the urge to sleep.

Example of a daily routine in British English: I wake up at 7 am every day and have a cup of tea. Then, I take a shower and get dressed. After that, I have breakfast, which usually consists of toast and marmalade. I leave for work at 8:30 am and take the bus to the office. I work from 9 am to 5 pm, with a one-hour lunch break at noon. After work, I usually go to the gym for an hour and then head back home. In the evenings, I have dinner with my family, watch some TV or read a book, and go to bed at around 11 pm. Example of a daily routine in American English: I wake up at 7 am every day and have a cup of coffee. Then, I take a shower and get dressed. I am busy at work , but I like to study English every now and then.

Well, as per usual, my schedule goes on something like this. I tend to crawl out of bed at about 7 am as I’m a morning person. I get up kinda bright and early in the mornings to get myself a good mood. As regular as clockwork, I will brush my teeth before having a shower and grab a light breakfast afterwards. I love studying, so I inevitably hit the books for 1 hour If I’m free. It might be weird, but I will head out to the library to find some books that I am interested in, after studying for a while, I mean. And yeah, I think that is my routine come what may.

There is almost no question in my mind that people who pronounce the t in "often" are falling prey to a form of hypercorrection, the equivalent of pronouncing "says" with the same vowel sound as "say", for example, or saying "an historic occasion" (as if they "know better"). EDIT: great lessons, by the way!

Come rain or shine, my routine goes sth like this. Well, day in day out, I typically get up bright and early in the mornings, by approximately 7 am, I guess? After that, I will brush my teeth before having a shower. It’s kinda funny but I tend to stand in front of the mirror and staring at myself in the mirror for nothing. However, as per usual, I will grab a light breakfast and start hitting the books for 1 hour. I love studying and learning chinese as I can feel the benefits from it. It might be weird but I tend to go down the library to check some books. As I start heading out to the library, I will be choosing some podcasts that I’m keen on listening to.
