This video was way better than expected. Nice little nuggets of fun and humor throughout. Could have been dry and boring but it wasn't. Great job.
For food safe 3d prints I recommend using PCTG as it is food safe and waterproof and also using an E3d stainless steel nozzle (also food safe) as cheap brass nozzles can have lead in them which isn't particularly safe for you.

Most brass has lead in it, so printing anything that comes in contact with food could potentially be risky if there are other sources of lead at play as well. Especially depending on the nozzle manufacturing processes as some tend to increase lead leaching even on low lead content fittings. The revised standard for lead content in potable system fittings is <0.25%, so always expect some lead in brass.

You use cookie cutters for cookie dough BEFORE baking, not on a already baked cookie.

Found your suggestions very helpful. I am currently trying to decide whether to purchase a Laser engraver or a 3D printer. The laser engraver was winning because it is easier to envision practical uses(and $aleable). Your video is tipping the scale in favor of the 3D printer. And yes the tape & super glue trick is golden.

This was fun! for sure going to print the hypercube vase as a trashcan for my room XD Weird question though, what are the pliers/ cutters you are using at the end of the video? I have had a difficult time removing support filament and those seem to work really well! Thanks so much!

As an FYI, wood has properties that will often dehydrate most microorganisms over time. Hence the reason why people still use wooden cutting boards and utensils. Plastic doesn't do that.

Excellent video...RE Wood Most domestic hardwoods are foodsafe apart from the obvious yew and laburnum but to be on the safe side I'd stick to traditional treen varieties such as the general fruitwoods (plum, pear, apple etc) and sycamore and beech for wood in contact with moist or damp bare food. I'd also avoid using spalted timber though, just good sound wood.

This is the first video of yours I've seen, and I found it very interesting and useful! Also your corny jokes were funny! I really like some of the prints you posted, so I hope I get to print them. I just received my first 3d printer yesterday and took up until tonight to finally get it printing. While it's printing the little test cat, I found your video. So, I'm still learning. Hopefully I can learn how to take your suggested prints and actually print them.

Just commenting to say the Man Bars are awesome, I got one for X-Mas and it lasted until just last week... Using that as a metric, I picked up enough nicely scented soap to last me for 3 years.
