This is a great system to use. I've also found that there were 5 reasons I felt stuck in life: 1) Believing you can't have what you want. 2) You're getting more out of where you are now. 3) Focusing on leaving vs. what it is you are moving on to. 4) Filling your free time with meaningless activities. 5) You haven't practiced doing your "vision". I know these were true for me. I hope they help you too. 🙏

A Ted Talk is finished in just a few short minutes, it is built and practised in over 250 hours, a speaker must be open to learning as they offer this piece of themselves to not just the audience, judges, coaches, themselves, but to a recorded world that will endure, endlessly. It takes a life time of experiences before some of these talks can be built and delivered, some are built on just one. In watching Bosco for years, as well as many other in my inner circle, I love watching each one of them share how they have achieved success, discover purpose and keep cheering on, with solid tools and experience their peers. Becoming mentors themselves. The examples in his talk let us also see how much he values, hope, confidence and how applying things we learn as we go.. reflecting and redirecting, along the way.

22 years old. The the last quarter of 2018 has been weird for me. I was studying, my spirit no longer wanted me on campus i felt weird everyday waking up and heading to school...Fast forward to 2019 something told me not re-apply for another its four months into 2019 and I dont know what to do with my life. Wow- this guy responds to all these posts? Amazing. I love the phrase "most live by default and few live be design" and even though I didn't hear that phrase in my head I knew it was the driving force behind me and my wife quitting our comfortable jobs and lives in NYC to move cross country and settle in a city that neither one of us had even visited. Marin County California is amazing and this is the hardest period in both of our lives. We both started 2 companies and had 2 kids within 4 years. It needs to be said that the reason most people live by default is because it is SO EASY. WORK WORK and more WORK and then more sacrifice is just part of what it takes to live by design.

Living the "default" version of life tends to train us to start from lowest yet meaningful to the design we all eye at the end of the day. We all need to start from rags till life enables us to live the momentum of eipcness which universe thinks we deserve. Let's fuel our motivation with the very purpose we all have, and let's shout the echoing sound of success once we have it all after.

Living life by default? yes, sadly I am. Sometimes living by default is a shoutout to the universe that one craves peace and harmony since having none of it in the initial 33 years on our beautiful planet. Is it embracing the storm inside? No, the storm has gotten hungry and bigger, and so by seeing this awesome TEDtalk with Bosco Anthony has led me to wake up from the sleep I thought was the thing that was giving me harmony as a single Mother, and embrace my inner storm which wants me to take the mindful steps in life that I am dreaming about in my sleep. What a rush!

Nothing happens by chance, or some force bringing you where you want to be(fate) it is in us and our effort and how much we actually are willing to self-examine our won life and stop waiting; fuel your own life-- be more than just someone blaming others' or your past! I took a psych of effectiveness course and it was very similar to this talk...life changing info if one is willing to be their own critic for the better good
