Man this inspired me too, I really hope you see this comment, my grandpa loves to paint. I love watching you paint and create your paintings. Sometimes I tell myself no, stop don't add anything more to the painting. It looks fine just the way it is. But then, I see the painting become more beautiful. I also love to see you use things around your house to use as tools for painting.

You make it look so easy! That's a true talent. I actually learn a lot by watching and then applying a technique called matching and modeling....I became a floral designer using that concept but I'm not so sure it will work to give me the confidence and talent you radiate! I loved it it was so calming and when people feel sad or angry it just makes me remember what life is all about having fun and being happy! That was amazing!. If I wouldn't see with my own eyes how you actually drew that, I wouldn't have believed it. You draw with such ease, your "Paintings" look like they belong in an art "Museum". I would love to buy one or more of your paintings and hang them proudly on my wall. Many thanks, Jay Lee. Just to let you know, I can't get any replies, there's something wrong with my laptop. I have to get this laptop where they fix computers and let them fix this problem.

Unbelievable I don’t even know how someone would even think of creating a painting with these kinds of things. You have such a creative mind. I can’t even paint a picture with a paint brush much less a comb, Q-tips, a piece of paper and all the other things you used. Wow

Love the approach and the tools you use. I paint rocks as well as on canvas and love using my kitchen sponges and scrubbies for effects as well as Q-Tips. Have to say though I’ve never thought of using a comb!

Even though your channel posts a lot of trick painting and not real painting, I still appreciate what you do because not everyone wants to do it the hard way and i think it's neat that you show easy, fun ways of painting pictures! Keep at it :)

@Neil that's great, it is considered trick painting though. It's like Bob Ross' work, even though he painted beautiful landscapes, it was nothing but trick painting. Using conventional methods to make something easy and quick.

Trick painting? You can use any method to make a painting. It is the end result that matters. I, for one, cannot draw a straight line even with a ruler. To me, I enjoy the work of the artists, no matter how they create a painting or drawing.
