I just realized. The ritual says “dark hair and dark eyes” but don’t specify that the KILLER has to have dark hair and eyes. You know who does have dark hair and dark eyes? Teddy and Camille. The two Look-See suspects. What if the ritual says that the fifth death is the one who has to have dark hair and eyes rather than the killer?

The thing I appreciate about this series is that I can actually see what I’m supposed to be afraid of. In most movies/horror films they never let you get a good look at the “monster” using quick camera angles or props to hide them. I love it when I can actually see the thing because it’s hard for me to be afraid of something that isn’t there.

"Is there ever such a thing as a tome in movies that isn't both ancient and evil?" While there are bibles of different religions that offer advice and guidance to the religion's followers, I believe that tomes, that being books that put the knowledge of self power into the hands of the users, are considered evil by religions as they put the risk in the hands of the users rather than allowing a deity to answer prayers and counteract harm. Basically, tomes unlock power but humans almost never have the power to control the power and it consumes them and those around them. Tomes are usually ancient because the power they contain sustains them and they were a great pass time for malevolent entities to hand out and watch their monsters run free in the land of mortals. Good tomes are mostly unheard of because good entities didn't want their power being corrupted by ill meaning mortals. Possibly a cause of malevolent entities being born is from human corruption of good entity powers.

You know the odd thing to me is that while the second hand on the Look-See’s watch ticks backward, the other hand ticks forward. If you watch the last episode of season 2, at around time marker 2:33, the girl is looking at a watch that seems to be around 11:55pm. When the second Look-see is summoned, it’s striking midnight.

@Eraid Actually, I'm pretty sure that is a length of ribbon tied around her head. It lies too flat and appears to be one strip of cloth.

I was so confused about him calling the headband a bow too! You don't even see a bow on her headband. And unless there was a long ribbon skillfully wrapped to look like one peice that was unraveled from the headband, what ribbon?

Let's not forget the Ancient Evil Tome at 6:55 says literally "Destroying Time". It's not so much as time ticking backwards, but it's completely out of order and out of place. This is further supported (I think) by the fact that the human helper setting up the notes knows exactly where and when the victim will go.

Hey, MatPat, One cool thing I've noticed about your theory about Teddy Capshaw being the red-gloved look-see is when there was a clip of when a look-see spawned out of the teddy bear that had it's head torn off. The EXACT SAME teddy bear that Teddy Capshaw was holding before his death! 😎😎😎hope this little detail helps fortify that theory for ya, buddy
