Note: I once drained an entire monument (around 8x8 in chunks) and it took me DAYS. Note that there were tons of guardians and I kept quitting and coming back AND the area was really deep it still took me a while. For 16 chunks! This guy is doing AN ENTIRE OCEAN! You've gotta give him credit for that, well done!

I'm pretty sure instead of reverting the world he instead use kill @e to try to destroy all the items on the ground that were lagging the server and ended up killing all entity's on the server.
