Don't mess with my people.
I saw this video on Twitter and TRshow recently of a guy who modified his phone case with propellers. Having a background in engineering it was pretty clear to me that it wasn't real but it seemed like most people believed it. This was especially irksome give that he was selling the items in the desc using affiliate links. So I did a deep dive on every last possible clue proving it was fake.

During the bit where they show the drone in the dark, the lens flare looks perfectly positioned to blend in with the rod that appears to be going upwards in the shot. The light fades out towards the middle of the case but oddly keeps going upwards without change but because the light colored pole looks similar to the color of the light, it blends.

Fun fact: mark didn't need the board because most phones after 2015 include gyroscope and accelerometer compatibility and it's not hard to solder to different wires together with different ports for reading functionality especially on google supported platforms like Samsung to have a surge of google cardboard vr functionality (ex. Click on the settings gear of this video and if you see a setting that says "watch in vr" your phone has it)

You need to put Two propellers on top of each other stacked on one motor, then you make 4 motors around. Additionally you can use some casing around to make wind tunnel and thus concentrate the airflow. Military tested double propellers. The upward force should be enough to hold the phone for some time and when you include solar battery it will fly forever ,D
