A recipe to prepare when you don't have much time but want to make something out of the ordinary. Delight the family with delicious roasted meat with vegetables. To fry the meat yourself, you need 8-10 minutes, then vegetables and sauce, a little time and a bright, delicious dinner on your table. The meat is so perfect that no complicated garnish is needed. Ingredients and preparation:
700-800 grams of pork
I use lean pork, such as pork loin
Cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Salt
Black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Sear meat over high heat until cooked through
This takes about 8-10 minutes
1 onion
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1 small zucchini
2-3 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1-2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
Cook for another 2-5 minutes (depending on how soft you want the veggies to be)
Green Onions
Hot pepper (amount as desired)
Salad:
700 g white cabbage (or Chinese cabbage)
½ large onion
1 carrot
10-20 grams of garlic
15 grams of ginger
1½ tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
50ml of water
Mix well
70 grams of green onions
Leave for 15-20 minutes
You can serve it with rice, bulgur, or pasta
