For rustic bread we need:
Today we bake delicious alveolar bread!
It's very tasty and beautiful!
500 grams of first class flour.
We make a well in the flour.
Add 400 g of water.
Add 5 g of dry yeast to the water.
We mix.
Leave on for 5 minutes to allow the yeast to take effect.
Add 5 g of salt.
Mix everything well.
I stir with chopsticks because the dough is very sticky.
Cover the dough and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Twist and fold the dough as I show.

Sprinkle flour on the table.
Put the dough on the table.

Cover the dough with a bowl and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.

Make a cut with a knife.
We bake in a hot oven at 250 ° C for 20 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 210 ° C and bake for another 30 minutes.
Let the bread cool down.

Upiekłam wczoraj, ten chleb jest bardzo ,,polski", czego brakuje mi w Holandii, bo tu mieszkam. Jest cudowny! Od teraz będę tylko ten piekła. W Holandii nie ma żadnego normalnego chleba. Wszystko to wyroby masowej chemicznej produkcji. Jak dla mnie, nie do zaakceptowania. Dzięki za przepis! ❤😊❤

I haven’t bought bread for about 8 years now and have been the supplier of crusty artisanal bread to my sister and friends for almost that long. It’s so much better than commercial stuff that its a no-brainer. It may take all day for 2 giant loaves, but they freeze well and taste awesome.

Люблю возиться с тестом Люблю всю выпечку Моя бабушка ,ее давно уже нет , пекла хлеб в печи и на закваске и на хмелю Это было что то Вкуснятина такая Не успевала вынимать хлеб из печи, как мы , нас было трое внучат , снимали верхушку хлеба и кто с сахаром и водой ,кто с растительным маслом и сахаром Остались лишь тёплые воспоминания Спасибо за рецепт ,обязательно испеку

Вот именно, на закваске и печется деревенский хлеб а не на сухих дрожжах. Я пеку на закваске, долго боролась, что б все получалось, зато теперь хлеб просто Божественный из сборной муки на ржаной закваске 👍

Thank you for your rustic bread video. I made it yesterday. Turned out well. One little problem. My oven is a Baby Belling. It is well insulated w/a thick metal door. Had to adjust the temperatures to 230 & 190, and shorter baking time so crust won't get burnt before it is cooked. Thank you for my first homemade rustic bread 😘
