Buffalo Chicken Strips | 1 Serving
1 Tbs coconut oil
1 chicken breast cut into strips
1/8 to 1/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot
Pink salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
1. Melt coconut oil in a saute pan.
2. Add chicken strips and cook until cooked through and no longer pink.
3. Add Frank's Red Hot and all seasonings to the pan. Heat through.
4. Serve with cut celery or on a bed of lettuce.
