Just a quick tip with determined investor, instead of frontlining a unit, you can just bench the item every round and place it on a unit that's about to die, makes it much more reliable to get to diamond hands fast while maintaining a strong board

Exactly! I even do that with Diamond Hands for a strategic delay on a unit that I want to stay alive longer.

I'm actually surprised that rageblade is not a core item. Even though it gives AP instead of ad, the attack speed feels so good with revel and cannoneer

Hey Mask! Based on your previous Corki setup, I tried a variation that includes Tahm Kench as extra bruiser, and then also added Sy'Fen for extra bruiser, and built full tank on Sy'Fen, cruciallz with Frozen Heart. Pleade check out this Revel+Bruiser combo! (Corki + Jinx + Sona + Tahm + Sy'Fen + Illaoi + Ornn/Sylas)

Thanks for making the Corki guide!! 😄 I realized that the bait was in everyone originally calling it Cannoneer Corki and the comp's power in the late game comes more from the revels. Also, love that you added a shimmerscale item guide, I'm gonna start putting the gem on my backline now!

Thanks for the video! I did a variation of the typical cannoneer to a more mage + bruiser build. Mages were: Sylas ,Zoe, Heimer (Trainer) & bruisers were Ornn + Sylas. The lobby was pretty contested on the other options, however Corki was free and I got high end shopping, so I prioritized making Corki 3* for a win condition. I believe it's a good replacement given the Idas nerf coming up next patch.

Thanks for this guide! I was always confused where to put shimmerscale items and when to save for them but this helps a lot! I have a question. What is your opinion on revel Daeja if you get revel crest? How would you change your board to fit her into the revel comp (or whatever is the best comp for her), or do you think it's not worth losing idas over? Thanks again for the video!

It was really fun and strong at the same time. But i can't seem to pull it off consistently even i have the blue battery or Axiom Arc. Would it be cool if you make a guide about reroll karma?

Could you make a whole video where you go unit by unit (at least relevant ones) with how to position with/around them? Honestly as a Diamond player right now that's the part that I really love, a little bit of a really high level gameplay where you optimize the micro positioning of fights to squeeze an extra 1 or 2 placements every game.

This is more of a general question not just for this comp. Once you have 4 star nomsy, is it worth running 3 trainers? I'm asking since in this comp heimer doesn't add anything else, same with mages who COULD add tristana for 3 trainers. Keep up the good work!

A quick tip for playing against Sy’Fen: frontline Nomsy since it can bait the charge to go sideways instead of back line. Never place Nomsy in back line as he will move up a space and bait syfen into one shorting you’re other backliners.

I'm really trying to follow your advice and make this my default build. I keep getting 4th or 5th place, my Idas just can't survive long enough, just got demoted to Gold IV :(. If Idas or Corki get zephyred the game is over.

Another augment I think is worth getting is axiom arc, since corki kills a lot of units he gets to cast way more often. Most of the time he can cast right after casting once

With the idas nerf I believe Syfen/sylas is vastly better. Sylas also got buffed so did Syfen. They are strong and provide whisper shred to targets. This is better then last whisper and works for mr and armor. Goes well with revel and nomsey Dmg. Also you can go for 3 Dmg items on corki instead of last whisper. Bruiser buff makes up for loss of idas shield and the mr shred plus revel makes up for attack speed loss from idas. Syfen should get leftover items sylas the tank items.

i love the guide, but it feels like xayah guild is so broken because i had corki 3 and xayah 2 still beat me even when i followed proper positioning. she just shreds idas too fast and when she is on nomsy she is also killing other people

Imo best one you can hit is Eternal Winter for Idas, this item will literally win you games and is what you are hoping to hit. If you don't hit it then you are looking for either Cleaver or Tri Force for Corki (don't take Cleaver if you have a LW already), Anima visage Idas is decent, and Manazane Corki is decent.

If I don't get draven's axe, I go ornn and tahm as front liners. 3 star tahm is very easy to get and is nice and tanky

General tips: - Be Flexible: play what the game gives you item-wise and unit-wise. - Master 2 Comps: Be flexible when you need to be but it is nice going into games with a couple strong comps that you know and understand. This will help give you a direction to play around and not be lost at any point of the game. Try to choose comps that are different (ad and ap comp for instance) as it will help you pivot based on items/units if you don’t hit your main comp. -Prioritize Strongest Board: It may feel nice to see your final comp come together piece by piece but it doesn’t matter if you lose a ton of Hp in the early-mid game. Always play strongest board (unless openforting) which means playing 2-stars early or building strong synergies/carry units based on items. When you hit level 7-8 is when you should be looking to finalize your comp, not beforehand. This tip is what I think separates diamond from platinum. There is an early game guide on this channel that will help understand early game strongest boards.

Last Whisper is good but I would argue that is even situational if they are not stacking armr items. Sometimes just need to pack in as much dmg as possible esp if you are fiding yourself vs mage or heavy assassin comps

Lol I just played a lobby using this guide against the other 2 Revel Corki players. I ended up 7th and the others survived. What did they play? Revel Daeja carry and x2 Shiv Corki carry. This guide is good but definitely not the best

Interesting, 'cause you're the only one who's recommended Last Whisper for Corki. As far as I know the core has been "Giant Slayer > Guinsoo's Rageblade > Hand of Justice" or going for Infinity Edge, if Recurved Bows are scarce through the game. Also I think it's important to mention that a Legend Volibear alone or with Lee Sin would erase Corki with his passive, specially if Corki lacks of Lifesteal/Omnivamp.

Maybe can you do like a video again about early game? I have an idea to make this video interesting… you can play like 20 TFT starts till you hit lvl 6 In a fast forwarded way and explain some important things. I hope you understand what I mean. So I as a noonish player struggle most of the time with early game and so I can see multiple patterns how to play early. It’s allot of work I think but this is such a cool video idea
