I just watched an update this afternoon on Mildura & in just one week the waters have subsided back to the river & revealing a horrific mess in many places. It is incredible how high the flood waters went now that you can see fences uncovered & realise just how high they actually are.

I was actually thinking how good it was that we didn't have the real hot summers we usually have, cos the fish smell is mild compared to what it would be then, still could happen. We have been seeing fish along the coast there for some time, the news on tv is pretty slow with information, probably got it off of someones FB.

Excellent footage, thanks. BTW, when we were involved in the Murray Bridge 24 hour Pedal Prix we were serenaded by the squealing freight train wheels crossing the bridge in the very early hours of the morning.

Was at Middleton last week and spotted tiny bady rabbits huddled together on the kurb , waiting for a break in traffic so they could cross the road and get away from the stench i would presume . Sure enough after i went by they made a dash for it.
