Sleeping is painful for me. The longer I lay in one position, the stiffer I get; and the more pain and soreness I feel, but when I try to move positions it's also very painful. So for some weird reason, about a year or two ago, every time i wake up I started to instinctively and immediately sit up like he was. I fall back to sleep sitting, too! Never is the sitting or the falling asleep like that intentional. It has just become this weird natural reflexive reaction. There's been so many times I've woken up completely hunched all the over with my face practically in bed practically from falling asleep sitting up. And believe me that's a miserable position to sleep in and wake up to. Especially when you have a bad back, like I do. I usually lay back down once i wake up and realize I am sitting. Oh it feels good to do so, but I'm going to try to remember to grab a pillow next time I do it. See if it helps with the hunching from falling back asleep like that. I already feel the relief from that just thinking about it.

я поражён... я думал это только у меня такая блажь, а оказывается я не один такой. лет 20 я сплю именно так: рука почти под прямым углом облокачиваю на подушку, другую-тоже на подушку, чтоб не висела, а между ногами -одеяло. когда поворачиваюсь на спину, то подушку подбираю под шею, чтоб не было просвета, при этом голова немного запрокидывается. спасибо за ролик, теперь ещё больше буду доверять себе, своему телу
