I show you how I make my own vegetable broth. Without any chemicals or any additives, super easy and, above all, long-lasting! Great for cooking soups or just for drinking. In order to achieve the very best quality of the homemade vegetable broth, it is best to use regional organic products - but of course this is not a must. Great video. Thanks for sharing. Instead of cutting and wrapping in tin foil I usually add the veggie mass into ice cube trays with a lid and keep in the freezer until I need them. I do with with leftover sauces, soups and they always come in handy to enhance up a quick dish.

Brilliant idea. But instead of using one big tray and then cutting and wrapping cubes individually I would put and store the pulp in ice cube trays. There are trays with lids which are ideal. This way you would save time and foil.

Thank you so very much for this. I'd always thought the most popular method of making stock where the vegetables are boiled in water for a long period and then thrown away was wasteful. Now I don't have to waste them. :). Plus this is easily made into a meat stock by boiling one of the cubes in water with bones.
