I do it every day since I learned this method❗️ The tastiest and easiest recipe I've ever eaten!!
I cook 100 servings per minute! So simple and delicious. I formed the dough using the oven grate, it came out very light and tasty soft bread. Quick and tasty. YOU WON'T BELIEVE HOW FAST AND TASTY IT'S MADE! ANYONE CAN COOK IF THERE IS FLOUR, WATER AND SALT IN THE HOUSE. Simple and delicious 😋

Subscribe, like and cook!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1 cup of warm water (200 ml).
1 cup of warm milk (200 ml).
1 tablespoon of sugar (20 g).
8 g dry yeast.
Set aside for 5 minutes for the yeast to dissolve.
1 egg. Separate the yolk from the protein.
I've been doing this every day since I learned this method.
90 ml of vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Sift 500 g of wheat flour through a sieve.
Now keep mixing.
Add another 100 g of flour.
Knead the dough until it is smooth.
The dough should be medium soft.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Cover and set aside in a warm place for 30 minutes.
after 30 minutes
You should try this method.
Roll into a large ball.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Set aside 1 piece of dough.
Then roll out with a rolling pin.
I enlarged the dough to fit the size of the baking sheet I will be using.
Place on parchment.
You can support with a like and comment.
I roll out the second dough to the same size.

For the filling: add 150 g of grated cheese
Then spread another cake on top.
Pin the edges.
Roll it out a little with a rolling pin.
Now it's time to shape.
We give shape using a grate from the oven.

Cut along the marks.
Cutting this way is very easy.
Cut the other side and get squares.
Carefully transfer to the baking sheet.
Yolk add 2 teaspoons of milk.
Apply with a brush to the surface.

Ciao! I am from Battipaglia, capital city in Italy for Mozzarella. It's really interesting this recipe , as I have found a strong bond 😍 with some old regional recipes from inland territory of my province and neighbors places 😉. The variation here it is made with vegetables between the layers of bread and the use to brush the inside part of bread with wine ( red generally, white it's also ok ). Thanks to share this video.😉

Очень любила выпечку, часто пекла. Но вот решила отказаться полностью от печеного, хлеба, вообще муки и сладкого... Вот и умничка,что отказалась от такой выпечки!Вообще не стоило бы использовать эти термофильные дрожжи никому.Понятно,что очень быстро и удобно,но вредно.Я тоже раньше много с ними пекла и заработала плохое здоровье.Полностью отказалась от подобной выпечки,даже хлеб пеку бездрожжевой,на закваске.И радуюсь!Чего и всем желаю.
