Can't believe how delicious! These mushrooms with vegetables are better than meat! Easy and fast!
Ingredients:
150 grams of rice.
Flush with water.
Boil 450ml of water.
A teaspoon of salt.
Cook rice for 12 minutes.
400 grams of mushrooms.
vegetable oil.
Fry mushrooms until golden crust
Onion 1 pc.
2 Bulgarian pepper.
1/2 chili pepper.
1 garlic tent.
A teaspoon of sugar.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
1 tablespoon ketchup.
A little vegetable oil.
A bunch of parsley.
salt, pepper to taste.
Bon appetit!

My favorite mushrooms are Baby Bella the flavor is unbelievable and makes an incredible sauce with chicken broth and sautéed Onions Bellas sautéed until dry add heavy cream and taste you’ll die at the taste! Put your chicken in and serve over rice. Not too much chicken broth it will loose some taste but it’s delicious!

Omit salt as soy sauce is very salty. Omit sugar as onions and red pepper have natural sweetness. Looks delicious. Thanks

This is the way I eat since childhood which is why I'm still skinny almost 70 (July '23). Sometimes I add chicken and pineapple chunks and orange sauce instead of soy. Enjoy.

In this video they like to use fresh mushrooms, I do, but I prefer to use associated dry Chinese mushrooms, they don't go bad, but kinda expensive, but worth it. They will hold for years. I have worked with associated fresh mushrooms depends what you are making and they are not cheap. I know how mushrooms are produced but you have to be careful as some are poisonous.

Tasty looking recipe....I will use a mix of olive oil and butter instead of vegetable oil for frying the vegies. And because thyme and mushrooms are a marriage made in heaven, I'll use that instead of parsley. Also lots more garlic too!
