This is the Qigong Basic Acupressure Daily. Press These 3 Acupressure Points daily, press ( and release ) each point in 60 Seconds will help you to maintain healthy and happy life.
You can apply this Qigong Routine 5 Minutes after Qigong daily Routine, right before going to bed or anytime that you need to rest and relax your body and mind.
* 3 Acupressure Points:
1. Press at Center of Palm | Pericardium 8 (PC-8) 0:39 : Strengthen Internal Organs.
2. Press at Connection Between Thumb and Index Finger (Joining Valley) | Large Intestine 4 ( LI-4) 3:47 : Reduce Headache, Toothaches
3. Press at Point ( 3 Fingers from inner Wrist) | Pericardium 6 (PC-6) 6:42 : Release Gas In the body, Support Digest System.

I don't know what happened but each exercise started waves of tingling sensation in upper back getting stronger into back of neck at base of skull. As it grew stronger, I started to cry and weep a bit, my dogs came up to me, whimpered and growled a bit with head on my lap, but I kept my focus because it felt so good and relief, peaceful. Then the sensation in my palms grew and in the back of my neck...and I noticed a strong, constant pressure on top of my head like it was being pulled up and pressed at the same time, and I wept more strongly with my nose running -- but I kept focusing on the sensation and waves of tingling in the back of my neck went down into my body all while this steady, heavy pressure around my head, like a band or a helmet...it's been an hour and I still feel it now with the tingling in my neck and down my back. It was like energy was flowing in and out of my head.

Thank you dear brother for your wonderful QiGong practice🥰 I have been doing your meditation practice for several days now. I have added them to my normal practices of other Qi Gong exercises along with Tai Chi and Yoga. These have been helping me with my pain management program that I have set forth for myself. I suffer from fibromyalgia and arthritis. I live a very positive energy life. I meditate as often as I can. With all the toxic energy in our world, these practices have helped me be focused in my life.
