CPS fails every single job to protect any children. I am one of them, and am very familiar with how CPS operates. It's very easy to manipulate them, and put on a facade and they'll just continue to be those people. And if anyone who works for CPS would like to respond to my comment, please do, because you've let me down, and you've let millions around down, because our voices as young children mean nothing, but our parents saying easy manipulative statements, gets you to have less work. Good job CPS, fuck you all.

I think it's horrible that they gave full custody to an alcoholic mother over a stable loving father. So many things went wrong here and led to this horrible crime. :(

@beer6976 91% of parents decide child custody cases outside of court. "79.9% of custodial parents in the United States were mothers. (US Census Bureau) Out of every five custodial parents in the United States, about four were mothers, according to the US Census Bureau child custody statistics from 2018. It’s a slight decline compared to 2014, when 82.5% (five out of every six) of custodial parents were mothers. Therefore, it’s slowly becoming more likely for custodial parents to be fathers, especially compared to a few decades ago."

@Cg79 cam i think this is more of a racial than gender thing. If it was a woman of color and a white Man the white man would’ve gotten custody.

@Darladawn 222 fathers actually get custody 60% of the time when they request it. But only 2% of fathers request full custody.

I hope the mother was punished as well, she choose her addiction over her children, and one list her life because of it. Never bring just anyone around your children, and never ever leave you’re children with anyone! What a brave little girl, and very strong woman the oldest was and is. Your sister is always with you, and proud of the work you continue to do.

As she described what Ray did to her and the last moments of her little sister’s life, tears rolled down my cheeks. How can one be so evil ?! Glad she avenged her little sister and lives the way she does now. I’m sure there isn’t a day that goes by where she’s not thinking of her sister. She’s living for herself and her sister.

@P Johanna God doesn't cause evil to happen. Evil happens because Satan exists. The fact that she got saved is proof that God exists, because if everything was fine and well, then no one would search for God. It's through the tough times that we know, that there is a God who can help us out of it.
مصطفى مصطفى

@P Johanna The reason why human and jinn are able to commit evil is that they are being examinated in this world. Allah (SWT) examines them whether they keep away from sins or do good deeds. As a necessity of this exam, they were given the will to do good deeds or commit sins. Just as Allah creates everything, He also creates the evil when human wishes to commit it. However, according to the opinions of Ahl al-Sunnah scholars, although Allah creates evils, He does not consent to that and He orders His servant not to commit evil and bad deeds. If people were not able to commit evil whenever they wish, in other words, if Allah did not create evil because of them, the examination in the world would be abolished, human could not struggle with nafs and Satan, the capabilities of spirit could not improve, and the prophets, saints and devout people who ascend to levels higher than angels would not appear.

@P Johanna ˹Remember˺ when your Lord said to the angels, “I am going to place a successive ˹human˺ authority on earth.” They asked ˹Allah˺, “Will You place in it someone who will spread corruption there and shed blood while we glorify Your praises and proclaim Your holiness?” Allah responded, “I know what you do not know.” [2 al baqarah -30]

People have called CPS several times out of concern for me, and it's gotten to the point where if I find out anyone was told about my family, I had to take them somewhere quite and just straight up tell them not to call them, no matter how much they wanted to because it only makes things worse. I'm finally 18 this year and am saving up to move out asap. CPS (where I live at least) do nothing but call your abuser about someone calling out of concern. They don't talk to you, question you, come to the house. Anything. They just call the abuser, asking if everything's alright, and hang up. Making your abuser aware that other people know, and ultimately leaving you to deal with the consequences. I hate it, they need a better system.

This is why we say both mom and dad should take part in looking after the kids, instead of putting all the load on the mother. The mother can also support the family by going to work. But male chauvinists don't want to hear about that

Felt so bad for that woman and her sister but still also feeling so bad and sick knowing this is still happening in so many places, especially with this new feminist thinking. Oh, and when I think that some women would love having a kid and are struggling just for this to happened, it's heart breaking

I know what it's like to be a scared little girl on a stand putting someone away. I was molested by my grandfather on my mom's side. This girl went through way worse than I did though and I'm so proud of her for all she was able to do. That's one tough kid ❤️

@LadyDeanna you're story sounds so much like theirs it's scary. Nothing that you said is weird either. My grandfather's name was Ronald and I despise that name and it sucks because my step-sister is married to a "Ronnie" and named her son the same name. I mean, I love my nephew but it's awkward. Also, I get the hatred for pedos. I think ppl like us who've been through stuff have extra hate than those who haven't (not saying they don't hate them too but we like really f-ing hate them). I can't stand some of the older generation that just "sweeps things under the rug" and completely understand if you're pissed off and don't like your grandmother because honestly, if I was in your position, I'd be angry too. Your feelings are completely justified. I think stuff happened to my friends' parents as well and that's why nothing was ever done with the goof grandfather. When he died, I refused to go to his funeral and actually low key called him a goof at my friend's wedding (one of the grandkids he diddled and the first to confide in me). I told her about it years later but no one knew, only my hubby well and now you. I'm so sorry that you had no one to turn to because that hurts and pisses me off. Kids don't just make that stuff up and should never be made to feel like they're wrong and not be believed. You're so amazing and strong and I'm very proud of you for making it through. I hope things are good in your life now and that you have good people around you because you deserve it.
LadyDeanna
LadyDeanna 15 gün önce
@🌸Corrie🌸 thank you. I’m ok but I have deep anger issues especially with men and I won’t date anyone with the same hair color as my uncle had. I know it’s weird but when I think of pedos or I read news stories about them hurting kids or being arrested I literally feel myself getting angry inside. I don’t speak to my family at all because they all sweep things under the rug and the thing that gets me is one of my aunts said it happened to her when she was young so idk why she would be the type to not believe me. She wasn’t believed either she was actually accused of wanting to be with my grandmas then boyfriend but she was a teenager and she was raped by him and my grandmother kept her boyfriend and kicked my aunt out and it’s the same grandmother who’s son molested me and she did nothing about it. I try not to hate her I try.
🌸Corrie🌸
🌸Corrie🌸 18 gün önce
@LadyDeanna your story reminds me of very close friends of mine. Their grandfather molested all of them (every grandkid male or female) and nothing was ever done. It really fu**Ed them up because their parents always made them hang out with him and the fact that most of them wet the bed until they were young teens and even I could tell there was something wrong (victim's intuition I guess) made me so angry that it continued. They were friends of my family's kids so our (mine and my brothers') friends. A couple of them finally confided in me when we were young adults and the hurt in them crushed me like you wouldn't believe. Thinking about it now actually brings tears to my eyes and hurts more than the countless things I've been through. I guess I'm telling you all this because I hope you're ok. I'm sending a hug and sincere apology for what you went through and I wish great things for you 🫂❤️

🌸Corrie🌸 18 gün önce
@Desensitized Analyser no I don't mind you asking. I was 7 when I went through it and what made it so traumatic was the fact it was my grandfather and it hurt. Then I had to go to court and re-live the experience over and over while talking about it and having him in the same room. Another reason it was very traumatic for me is we were all very afraid of him because he killed my grandmother and all of us grandkids knew which is why no one ever came out about his abuse until after I did. If it weren't for me, he still would've been doing it. I really feel for my cousin though (his gf's daughter) cuz it happened to her for years so I imagine it progressed really bad with her even though I like to think it didn't. One of the messed up things is, his gf called me a bitch and said I was going down but sung a different tune once her kid (who was in college at the time) stepped forward and said btw mom, it happened to me too. I also had another cousin come forward who was 16 and had things happen a lot too. So the outcome was great, he lived in jail and died when I was 24. I used to have nightmares of him coming to kill me but after he died, the relief I felt was like nothing else. Sorry this is so long, it's been years since I've actually talked about it. The good thing is, I actually feel kind of empowered speaking about it because in a way I felt like a small hero putting him away. All the best to you and stay safe. PS, I'm very grateful that nothing like that has ever happened to you ❤️

Not mentioned in this video is that just last year, Sayeh was named lead investigator on a case where a school principal was accused of sexually abusing students. She's really gone on to save lives. Edited to add: The trial for that principal started this week, I think. It's local news for me, so I'll try to edit this comment when the verdict is in. Final Edit: The jury found him guilty of 46 out of 50 charges including sexual assault and endangering of a minor. The maximum sentence is 20 years in prison (I have no idea if that’s per conviction or for all charges at once).

Sayeh became a state trooper. She protected Sara as long as and the best she could. Then she continues to protect everyone else she can. Sayeh is an angel on earth and her little sister an angel above..

I’m proud of her, she was so brave. I’m so mad that her father fought for custody and never got the children. I wish her mother would have taken accountability and realized that she wasn’t mature enough to take care of her children. I almost cried a few times watching this. Rest easy Sara.

My blood ran cold. I had a similar upbringing in the 80s. One of my friends lost her life. The moms left for bars, and would let ANYONE watch their kids, as long as they could party. I'm not as strong as Sayeh. I retreated from the world. I commend all she has done for society. Standing Ovation*

@SunshineJoleen bc most single dad don’t end up with the kids but moms do. And bc this is not rare. That’s why. It’s no judgement on particular mom just a fact of life and cautionary advice.

And the majority of these single parents know damn well they're just fcking for the pIeasure of it, not to have kids. If you really need d¡ck/pu§y that badly, then get a fcking SE* DOLL. They make some really fancy realistic ones nowadays. What, you can't afford one of those fancy aduIt dolls? THEN GUESS WHAT. YOU CAN'T AFFORD A KID EITHER. Also, If you have a partner, then just do forepIay. Penetration isn't even required. God, I hate people.

We always hold women accountable for everything, but when it's men...it's because they have "issues" that wasn't caused by them being "men". Gotta love society's double standards and misogyny.
