He has the capability to be a scientist and the sensibility to see through the material world. We actually need these sort of scientists, those able to make a link between the materialism or science and the spiritual meaning of what they observe through their job. They give the meaning, they see the “why” behind the observable matter.

Tom Chi's perspective on "everything in the universe being interconnected" not only allows us to better understand the universe surrounding us, but also transforms our relationships with each other and with the world. Through the stories of the heart, the breath, and the mind, he provides us with a new perspective on how we can shape our lives and society. Moreover, I was mesmerized by Chi's stories explaining how iron from supernovas ends up in our blood, how cyanobacteria transformed Earth's atmosphere, and how human creativity expands the "Palette of Being". These stories remind us of how our actions and decisions can influence not just us, but the entire universe. After watching this video, I feel more motivated to pay more attention to what is happening in the world and the direction of our lives. Indeed, understanding that everything is interconnected strengthens our ability to build our lives and societies in a more conscious and meaningful way. I encourage everyone who watches this video to discover how this perspective can make a difference in their own lives.

Very profound and beautiful. If more people could see and adopt this kind of worldview, realize how interconnected everything is and how much impact the everyday choices and actions of a single individual can have and how it creates a ripple effect, maybe we wouldn't live in such a sick and backwards society. As one of the few creatures gifted with consciousness, self awareness, and the potential to do so much in our limited lifespan, we absolutely have an obligation and responsibility to leave this world better than it was.

Oxygen during photosynthesis is released after water oxidation. During photosynthesis, plants take in carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O) from the air and soil. Within the plant cell, the water is oxidized, meaning it loses electrons, while the carbon dioxide is reduced, meaning it gains electrons. This transforms the water into oxygen and the carbon dioxide into glucose.

What a beautiful, heartfelt, truthful talk. Beyond the special organism you mentioned that exists in all of us and that is billions of years old, is the special "energy" that flows through everything, thusly, connecting, keeping EVERYTHING together/as one. I've understood this from childhood and only recently discovered some scientists that are theorizing that this is a possibility. I do not think this is something that will ever by able to be mathematically calculated or captured for analysis, because such a thing you cannot put a price tag on.

Or if you like, charge.
@KibyNykraft
@KibyNykraft 2 yıl önce
Basically the scholar here is on to something and has a clever talent. But he sort of jumpcuts a little bit ,which becomes a mild diversion. All force is a function or consequence of subatomic scale charge dynamics, but there is really no cause and effect ,see the norwegian word "vekselvirkninger"("interchangingly relative effects"), it is better to say node networks of energy filaments. The largest scale force connection is not possible to align exactly to regular gravity or magnetism as they work on scales from the molecule to the star cluster scales. Also photonic process is not alignable to the gravity and magnetism scales, and the result of gravity is not alignable exactly to magnetic field reach. A magnetic field has a literally measureable area of lines of force. Gravity is more an effect that is not measureable as a force field, and yet it is there. On the galactic scale you have to account for dark matter, which is basically antiphotonic or dark photonic mirror charge. If you heard about microgravity ,this is just another word for photonic charge. It is the spin state details and vibratorialness of particles and atomic nuclei that generate the fundamental forces. Dark matter is "mirrored" fundamental force.
@KibyNykraft
@KibyNykraft 2 yıl önce
The really difficult question is the one about dark energy. Because something has to generate basic charge field dynamics and photonic stacked spin states, or occur somehow relative to it. The increase of entropy is that atoms move into where there is space for them to move .This leads us to asking why this even can take place.

I love this talk, and it is so encouraging to see that science is catching up to truths that spirituality has been showing us for thousands of years. Oneness can be felt and through various practices like meditation, but for those of us who need a more intellectual understanding, this video can be a great help. Thank you!

That's great. You simply feel that it is a truth so you believe in it. As Nietzsche said, one only has to visit an insane asylum to see that faith proves nothing.

Meditation can lead to euphoric feeling because of various biological reasons. Please don't extrapolate that to make a massive statement such as "we are all connected."

Ever since I was a child, I have felt this amazing connection with everything and everyone. It was a hard to explain mistery for me, as I found out that the rest didn't feel the same. But as I grew up, and discover science, in it's different ways, I learned that what I have always felt, was just a fact, a fact that I can feel in my body, a fact that makes everyone of us, unique, and at the same time, just one. Everything is so magic as you see the cuantic in the "reality". As you follow a fractal movement in the social network. As much as you get to understand things, more you get to be the incredible bet that you are meant to be. IT'S BEEN SO INSPIRING! THANKS FOR THE VIDEO

I had the same experience growing up. Can't remember actual dates but at about 6 y.o., I had a sort of light switch effect and just started understanding why things are, and how they work. And the neon blue chalkboard started to make itself very present "thru my eyes" when I calculate numbers. I credit it to meditating unknowingly as a small child after abusive episodes in the household. I am so fond of the world and experiencing the good in humans I often come across. I always felt "enlightened" before ever hearing the word and understanding it's meaning. 1 with it all

Thank you for this great talk! At one point he said 'we are fortunate to be granted the gift of consciousness'. Or... perhaps consciousness is the platform and as human expression, we have been gifted by form, an ability to uncover some obstructions to that awareness...still in process.( ref: Donald Hoffman)

@@sallyhope2137 Sally Hope , not always, right because of you said. ))) Though, in the future, we will come back to the normal state (of mind) and babies will be born without such problems - already in the state of simple phenomena, as it's already written: everything will be cleared. Because it's not the problem of Genes, really. It's a problem of false information... Especially about such simple miracles like water or air, and so on.... )))

I think this went to a far more mystical way than it really needed. Everything is connected to logic, as logic is behind everything that 'works.' There is a systematic process to the whole of life, from the mathematical level to the artistic. There are formulas for what creates disputes, disharmony, wars and relational breakdowns, and there is an art to humans empathetically and sensitively live alongside onr another for the prosperity of the community. Everything is art yet also science.
@Noah-zz7ct
@Noah-zz7ct 13 gün önce
“Science” isnt a thing, no THING is science. Science is a process, and a collection of observations and ideas based upon those observations. Science may explain why everything is art, but everything is still art. Really science is an art, per the literal dictionary definition of art.

Just very happy to see this understanding of how we are truly connected starting to be spread in communities outside of the spiritual ones. Slowly but surely this spread of information will finally cut the blindfold humanity has been wearing and reveal the truth to everyone. Keep doing your parts you wonderful people I believe in you all! Together we will bring Heaven to Earth!
