Sir in septic shock as u r saying the cardiac output is increasing then eventually the SBP should also increase right ? Even if the vessels are dilated because of the compensation by the cardiac output ? I have understood everything except this part ! And I’m extremely sorry if it is a silly doubt .. but I didn’t get it Sir.. please do reply
