Since I couldn't find all those spices I replaced it with garam masala, chicken masala, chilli powder, salt and sugar... And it was phenomenal.... NB:sugar is the secret ingredient

Got it 👍 do you all add more and more sugar cause the addiction requires you to up your intake amount due to tolerance increases hmm so who's the "high" one now

Not sure about those spices, nor do I have most of them, but fried macaroni is an intriguing idea. I'd give this a shot and use whatever I may have at home. Some garlic powder and parm cheese sounds like a winner. Though I may need to use a different pasta. We don't have macaroni that big. Ours are all much smaller. But really, all noodles are made from the exact same stuff, just squeezed out into different shapes. Maybe penne?

I did with penne too. It was good. Try Dry Mango powder, black pepper powder, chilli powder ( you can skip), black salt, some mint powder.. Or you can go with peri peri seasoning.. All will make it delicious. Choice is yours. You know, we Indian can turn anything in the world, just like our pallate likes😅. You can turn boiled plain macaroni into a Chinese flavored one 😂 I do all the time, and my kid loves it.
