Precious samples collected from an asteroid are to be moved to a specialist laboratory in Texas.
Material taken from what has been described as “the most dangerous rock in our Solar System” came down to Earth in Utah in a Nasa space craft.
The samples had been scooped up from the surface of asteroid Bennu in 2020 by the Osiris-Rex spacecraft.
Scientists hope the samples will provide some answers about how life began more than four billion years ago.

On this remarkable ceremony 🎉I remember an interesting event of my childhood when we lived in Rly colony all habitants are unfamiliar to each other. I'd maybe look into how much this actually takes out of the tax dollar before you make out not doing this could feed the hungry. Scrapping the space programme will not fix hunger. However, scientific progress over the last century has changed the landscape of the world. You might not see value in scientific exploration, but the rest of us who use modern smartphones, computers, and medical advances do. Research and progression from this always has the chance to trigger a domino effect to big technological and medical advances. 🤷‍♀️
