It wouldn't be a good idea for Russia to accept any cease fire talks involving Germany (remember Minsk) or any NATO state. Nor should they go for talks involving the UN. The UN administrative organs have shown themselves to be stooges for NATO. Russia should only accept talks that leave any NATO/EU involvement out.
