Love the videos and recipes bro. But for God sakes. CUT THE CHICKEN DIRECTLY INTO THE BOWL. Why would you cut it off to the side. Then stop .. put the scissors down. Pick up one piece at a time and place them in the bowl!!! 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣

Rice should not be called a complex carb it is starch another word for sugar. It causes blood sugar spikes which is the cause of heart disease, diabetes and strokes. When you get to be my age of 55 you will learn to appreciate that information. You want foods that are low to medium glycemicthose are true complex carbs not starches like rice and potatoes. Low to medium glycemic means it takes the body more time to turn into glucose/fuel with no blood sugar spikes. This is how a person should eat for longterm health.

How do you make the meat not taste disgusting when you heat it up? I will make the prep and then I can't physically get the meat or anything that touched the meat down after it has been chilled and re-heated. Also, the rice usually ends up hard... I hate that I end up having to feed my dog the prepped food because I can't stomach the re-heated taste and texture.

Just a tip for rice use your index finger first line on your finger for any amount of rice and it’ll always come out perfect if you’re using a rice cooker 🙌🏽

this is the most tedious unnessesary prep ive seen, it doesnt need to be this tight, it would be dejecting for most beginners who wont stay with it, but i guess for thiose who know which he did say cal in cal out does not need to be calculated as you can just use a percefntage macro based diet or fwhatever is conveinient as nobody eats carbs the right wasy mabe 10 percent over all mid to beginners lose the habit so maybe 20 percent stick with anything

Meal preping food for a week or 3 days taste horrible. Especially a chicken breast will never taste the same after the first day or even a few hours after cooking it. These meals are easy to prep and make fresh every day. I like my food fresh and tasty, no need to have nasty tasting meals.

It’s convenient to do the meal prep but the issue is that the meals will not taste the same when first cooked them. So what I would do is that I marinate the chicken breast in a big container and whenever I need to cook it, I just get some pieces out of that container and grill them on a grilling pan that I bought. That’s just me, I like my food fresh for the day.

⚠️IMPORTANT⚠️ Do NOT put double the amount of water for rice (ie. 2 cups rice /4 cups water). It will overflow! Rice cookers use about equal portions rice/water (ie. 2 cups rice /2 ½ cups water)

Chicken rice meal -> Mediterranean origin. Steak&Potato -> European/American. .. Enhance Central Asian, Turkic style... Bulgur, barley or couscous superfood instead of rice (cooked same way). Dab of Whiskey + pan fry your chicken in olive oil (An American + Asian stir fry idea).

Please wash ur rice before cooking.. not only does it clean it ...it takes out some of the starch also put in a tbsp of coconut oil ... refrigerator cooked rice b4 eating... helps process the starch ...can view the benefits online as well

Bro that protein doesn’t add up 8oz of chicken is 70 grams times 2, 140 . Flank steak 8 oz is 63 grams protein…. That’s 203 already and then two scoops of protein in the breakfast at I’ll call it low at 20 grams a scoop and that’s an extra 40…. 243 grams…. What’s 211?

Oh also regarding high protein diets, check with a doctor first in case you have any kidney issues. High protein can be dangerous for chronic kidney disease so always good to make sure you don't have that going on through a blood test. Otherwise high protein is fantastic for any healthy adult. Not teens and kids however, you need to be 20 or so so your body isn't impacted because there are few if any studies on a high protein diet on kids and teens.

How do you fit all these premade plastic trays in the fridge? Also are the plastic trays reuseable or one time use? My plan is to just make a bunch of grab and go foods with protein powder, like muffins, bars, cookie, little quiches, rice balls filled with meat, air fried veggies/fries that kind of thing that I can eat cold or just heat up in the microwave or air fryer. I do not have room in my fridge to put all the food I need in there, especially since I live with my partner and he needs to store food too, LOL.
