I just caught this video and agree, that although it was posted a few years ago, the thinking is more relevant than ever. We all need to be hopelessly optimistic about rethinking everything...so customer desires are prioritized over well intentioned corporate policies and that we evolve as businesses as fast as society wants. Great talk Brian!

I think the idea of “value proposition” in the business model thinking should be re-defined by customer experience. Its a more complete way to think about it since you can take into account time and how the order of the factors really change the outcome in the customers mind. Great again!
